We are the parents of two daughters: our eldest is 16 and our youngest is 7. We approached Liudmila to help us find a school in London for our younger daughter. We already had experience with British schools, as our eldest daughter had been studying at a boarding school for four years by then. However, as we later discovered, the admissions process for a senior school is quite different from that of a prep school—at least, that was our experience.
Since we made the decision to move to London in April 2022 for September school start, there wasn’t much time for an long and leisurely search. We couldn’t attend usual school open days or spend weeks weighing the pros and cons of various options. This made Liudmila’s task quite challenging: she had to compile a list of schools that met our requirements, arrange the testing dates and times and create a schedule for school visits—all within a very short timeframe. Over the course of just five days, we visited 10 very different schools across London. This allowed us to get a complete picture of which school would suit our daughter best. Liudmila guided us through the entire process, providing valuable recommendations while remaining completely objective. She never tried to steer our decision toward any particular school, which we greatly appreciated.
Now, halfway through the autumn term, our daughter couldn’t wait for the autumn break to end so she could happily go back to school. This shows that we made the right choice, largely thanks to Liudmila’s help.
